what do you mean by this? you mean a engine swap? confused...

I can't do a comp test because I made it to my house but i really can't go any further so I think I might as well just do the entire engine maintenance at this point in my garage.
i have heard from several people that if the engine goes over the half way mark even for a couple of minutes you can do some serious damage...i personally have been lucky enough to not to experience this but just passing my knowledge onto you.

Basically what I mean is, since my car is currently not running I want to replace all the basic maintenance pieces ex: gaskets?. If you were going to pretty much rebuild an m20 what would you replace and clean?

Yea my car wasn't beyond the half way point for very long just up there when i was trying to parallel park like maybe 30secs. On the drive home the next morning it was running fine until I got to my house then the temp gauge started to rise again but didn;t get past the halfway mark. Hopefully when I take apart the engine everything is ok.
      SO MUCH MORE TO DO!!

if you have financial issues you shouldnt own an e90.

get rid of the e90 and clear up your financial issues. 1 months payment on the e90 can mean so much maintenance on an e30.

i knew someone was gonna pick at that. i cant do anything about getting rid of the e90. my brother cosigned for me and wont let it go. the f10 is his but on occassion i get to drive it. so im just in a financial pickle.
