I bought my 325is in 1988 and still own it. Came with 373lsd, leather seats, 13obc, sport suspension, BBS wheels, premium stereo, map mirror, tinted windows, power sun roof, power door locks, rear defrost window, trunk lip, power mirrors, electric antenna, double trunk lights, etc. Paid $32,000.00 This car has 535k miles on original motor, starter, and 5 speed manual tranny with original clutch and rear wheel bearings. I'm on my third set of brake pads.
Well, fuck.
Not really relevant to this thread, but I am impressed. Original clutch? You must drive it niiice.
Nice opels you have, I used to have a 200ts when I lived in Joburg
tS's are very nice cars, but to find one in good nick; nigh on impossible.

it doesn't. unless you care about a lip spoiler that is probably missing anyway, suspension that sits like a 4x4 and is completely worn out, 14" wheels that you can't get good performance tires for anymore, leather sport seats that probably are broken and have huge cracks in the leather, a worn out LSD, and a badge with an "S" on it.
all shit aside, i think it's pretty obvious that minus mtech wheel, wing, 13 obc and speakers OP's possible car is likely not an 'is.' yeah there's an off chance it was purchased without common 'options,' but probably not. i'm pretty sure most late model b25 cars carry an 'i/is' door tag on them.
