This involves a truck so it counts. My buddys dad was big into building model rockets (by model 10 to 30ft tall). I went out to a rocket launch with my friend his dad and another friend. We were all sitting on the open tailgate of his dads truck driving out in the fields (eastern WA) watching other rockets go up. I watched as a large orange rocket launched, then exploded 500 feet in the air. A 20ft long chunk of flaming rocket arced towards us. I yelled at my friends to pull their legs in. A quarter second after my legs were off the tailgate the rocket slamed into the back of the truck. The piece of the tailgate where my legs were was gone. Holy shit.

that's probably a laughable one to talk about now.

B-pillar almost made it as far as the middle of the backseat.





Decided that was so much fun the first time I thought I'd roll another one.

Fell asleep and wadded up a Euro S50 swapped vert this time.

i got ran over by a late model f350 superduty while i was riding my zx10r.airlifted to the hospital and was in icu for 3 weeks. it fucking sucked. broke my hip and pubic bone, my balls and dick were purple for 3 months (and still intact somehow), collapsed right lung and major muscle reconstruction surgery on my groin and thigh.

that's right shit!!! that's f'd up man, did you fully recover?:( my buddy wrecked his biked and crushed his left leg from the knee down...amputatuion was necessary. that was a rough day when he woke up and me and his family (my second family) had to show him what happened. Someone's reaction to a life changing event like that will even scar you

yeah i recovered...sorta lol. the leg looks like a jacked up science project, but hey! i can walk/run. its fun at parties, make up stories or sometimes i get girls to rub it lol.
definately lucky i still have a foot.

i've always been an adrenaline junkie, i know the risks, i accept them. will likely ride again in a few years(more like 5+ when i start to learn self control lol).

i keep the helmet i had on sitting on my dresser, and the jacket in my closet. soooooo lucky.

One of my friends fell off the back of this guys bike because he was trying to show off, and hit a guard rail with her face.
Yes she had a full face helmet on.
She got air lifted to Sacramento CA. Also had a small spine fracture, and a piece of bone punctured her throat and almost killed her. A off duty paramedic just happened to drive by as she was laying on the ground unconscious and bleed out through her face. He saved her life.
She is getting better fast, but her face is not so nice anymore. One of the strongest people I have ever met.
