I posted these pics here a few years ago I think...






I spun out on the freeway from locking up the (all drum) brakes after someone decided to merge right in front of me with no signal. Got hit head-on by a Buick Rendevous while sliding backwards two lanes over. All I had was lap belts, so my upper body got thrown against the door hard enough to go through the panel and into the inner door bracing.

Managed to walk away with nothing but a huge bruise around my shoulder area; the lady who hit me got knocked out cold by her airbag.....when I ran up to her truck I seriously thought she was dead. I remember climbing into her truck trying to see if she was alright and there was someone talking through her stereo; it took me a minute to realize she had OnStar. ;)

Scary shit.....it was the first (and hopefully last) time I'd ever been in an accident. The asshole who cut me off never even stopped, even though I know he had to have seen and heard it.

I almost put my first E30 into a curb. Driving after a fresh rain with balding good knows how old shitty tires, coming around a left hand sweeper the back end came loose and I tried to be cool and slide the corner...lost the back end, then locked up the brakes (lol). Did a 180* skid into the other lane and almost "backed" into the curb (rear wheel less than 1' from the curb).

Luckily it was early in the morning and no one was coming the other way, I wouldn't have tried to dorifto if there had been someone coming btw. I had just gotten my license a few months earlier, hadn't been driving the E30 for very long.

It would have been a fucking textbook r3v. Almost a cliche...was a rusty, beat '84 325e. Good times.

My Friends E34.



He was working with another friend at a restaurant late at night setting up a Computer Network. They got into a fight about dumb drama and shit, one friend leaves, this freind goes to the bar, gets drunk. Leaves restaurant , smashes gate and pole on way out(owner found license plate and headlights, and a trail of coolant), ended up a few miles down the narrow two lane road.

He walked away from this accident with only a bruise on his head.

Wasn't paying attention on the way home from work (got off early to enjoy the weather)
had the top down, music cranked and ran into a stopped E60 that wanted to turn left.

Wasn't the first, and prob. not the last accident.

My first E30, a 316i which I spun out of a corner at about 50 mph and smashed into a concrete block only 10 days after I bought it

I was actually surprised at how little damage there was. The chassis was bent a bit though, so eventually I decided not to bother repairing it too extensively and sold it as a parts car.

I tore the front off my '86 300zx one night after taking a turn a might bit too fast. Nailed the only mail box on an 8" steel post for miles. If it'd been a wood post, the car woulda survived. Drove away though, but car was totaled.

No pics as they were deleted with my Myspace like 2 years ago....may have some on mah old HD, will look.
