    pick and pull jack pot

whooopeee, jack pot. found 3 325's and a 318 and about 4 newer 325" but not familier with the newer ones. all in a yard in south jersey. engines are complete as are most of the interiors. all with valences. i am only 3 years into e30's so i have a few questions. lighted map mirrors, are they a direct bolt on replacement? if i pull my old 1 off, will the wire b there for the lighted 1? new model bumpers onto a db car. a lot of work??? dash replacement, a job a shade tree guy can do??. i'll follow up with some more later. here's a couple pics.

you can pull out the original wiring or make your own. it's not that hard. you can splice into the power from the check panel. there is a diy for that. use "search"

if you are willing to do the work, then these are all things that you can do in a day.

        good luck with your project.

I am in impatient, amateur mechanic.. but with the right tools and a laptop, you can do the dash swap in about 7-8 hours..

Bring laptop outside and pull this website up.. that's what I did.

Good luck, and remember to keep your screws organized and label every wire you disconnect.

Plastics onto a DB car doesn't easily work for the hind end. You have to weld in the valence.

damn that is a jackpot!!! pull the map light mirror even if there is not a wire... max sell it for profit or wire it up by tapping into something else. I wish I could find something like this for my manual swap parts.

It takes an hour tops, by yourself. If it takes you 8 hours to swap a dash you are doing something wrong.
