I was supposed to be getting a few things shipped from him that I paypal'd him for and now I haven't heard from him for several days and I'm still stuck with no tracking number. Just wondering if any of you have dealt with him already and if he's an honest person?

Same boat as you guys, sent him money a few weeks ago and he allegedly lost the fedex tracking number, lol. Out 200$ for an m42 rad, e36 mount arms, and a 413 dme. His phone number is kicking around, I just haven't bothered yet, hoping the paypal dispute comes through. He also turned off PM's.

Sorry to hear about this guys. Don't trust a guy with vtec in his name, especially on a BMW forum. Seriously though, don't wait any longer, contact paypal and file a claim if you haven't already and didn't send money as a gift.

You guys have 45 days from the day of payment to open a dispute/claim. Paypal is pretty good with getting your money back. If rotarievtec doesn't respond to the claim, or is unable to provide valid tracking numbers then you guys are definitely getting your money back.

Should have been smart and bought my brand new one used for under 50 miles for $125 shipped. As well as you can get them cheaper than 200 brand new, so You're not very smart.
