            It looks great, but I'm telling you man, it's not going to last. You might get one day out of it before it starts to crack and flake off.

            I've seen people around here (HUGE ski town) try this before, and no matter how many coats they do, how much flex agent, it always gets destroyed.

              to many coats is the problem. they probably also sprayed their base then cleared over it. i did mine a little different. i sprayed single stage black and wet sanded it with 400. then cleared. the clear will hold a lot better then if i just sprayed traditional bc/cc. i read something online about doing it like that. the clear has something to bite into. it will be interesting to see. i'll try to remember to post here after the first time i go.
