e30 with m3 rear glass and decklid?

So it struck me that it might look awesome if you installed an e30 m3 upper rear end (glass, decklid, and spoiler section) on a regular non widebody e30.
So i searched briefly and didnt find anything. Has anybody done this? pics?

I've seen a picture of a car with just the rear section + front/rear M3 bumpers (everything except fender flares) and it gave the illusion of an M3. It looked pretty good.

Yep, pretty much. To me though it would look super funky, like narrow and super tall. Like a overly done hair volumizer on a woman and then flat sides.

If you're going to cannibalize an m3 for body parts why wouldn't you take the best part? (The fender flares)

Cause sometimes I don't like the M3 bumpers. And the sideskirts. And by the time you graph a e30m30 rear skin, you might of well have gotten a real e30m3 shell.

if you find an m3 already hacked up, then i say go for it. i think this would be sweet looking with the wing with the little flap, fuck yeah do it! i really like your progression its inspiring.dooooooit.
