I was passing someone in my moms 735 and they decided to try and block me or something and changed lanes and i had to leave the road to avoid them and the side of the car ran against one of those reflector things and the paint is all fucked up on the side. and they wouldnt stop

yeah thats what i was thinking. there really isnt any edvidence. I think the damage is the left rear door, the mirror, and there is paint scraped off the edge of the quarter panel which sucks. I could just have gotten a door and mirror from the junk yard. Do you think i could just have them paint the edge of the quarter panel up to where it curves and then wet sand it to blend? Is my insurance going to go up if its found that they wernt at fualt or if they were at fualt?Comment

Here's a thought.
Be civil.
Call them, explain what happened.
Perhaps if they are indeed an older couple, they failed to realize what happened. Perhaps they'll be willing to pay for repairs.
Or you can treat this like a small child, get mad, throw a temper tantrum, "FUCK THEIR SHIT UP YOH!" and do stupid things that wont do anything to help fix your situation....
