Theres no way i they couldnt have realized what they did. If someone goes by you in the shoulder and dirt right when you change lanes without looking, what would you think? if someone slows down to 40mph in the middle of the freeway after that happend, then puts on their turn signal and starts to pull over, would you go around them? if someone followed you for a mile then passes you, drives 40mph again and siganls would you pass them? When you were passing them and they were pointing out the window to their smashed to pieces mirror, and scratches down the side of the car would you think nothing of it?

I will let the police woman talk to them, and if they dont admit it, ITS ON!!!

once I was driving back from oregon on the I5, this old couple from canada suddenly started turning into my lane, didn't bother to look or signal. I wasn't in their blind spot either (actually I was slightly in front of them). I was forced to swerve into the shoulder, I honked my horn and gave them a good glare. I wanted to kill them but I wanted to go home and sleep even more..

Sue them. They will not want to be bothered with it and either pay you or give it to insurance, who might pay.

dude honestly i don't think have "several months" to bring a law suit or anything against them...i believe theres a certain amount of time that is allowed to really be able to take action here..

That is why you have to murder people and hid the bodies. Since you didnt swap paint the cops and insurance arent going to do shit.

What he said. About a year ago I locked up the brakes and curbed my rim pretty bad to avoid being hit, and even then she missed my by inches. The car was driveable, so I caught up with her and flashed my brights, tried to signal her to pull over...she wasn't havin' it. A mile later, a guy in a Jeep behind me flags me down and is willing to be a witness to what happened. I get going again and catch up with her, she just happens to be going the same way I am and I end up following her for half an hour, trying to get her to pull over. The guy in the Jeep was getting more aggressive though, trying to force her on the shoulder. I get fed up and call the police, they give me directions to the nearest police station...where she just happened to be going too.

Long story short (probably too late :) ), I file a police report. The cops can't do anything because it is a "non-collision accident." Since the white trash was driving someone else's car who had high risk insurance, it would have been a big f*ing small claims headache and it just wasn't worth it. :evil:
