2.5 days, 1000 miles, all in my Euro E30. A good American welcome.

So my last thread was me saying good bye to my E30's. This thread brings back all the sadness leaving them both behind with a more positive feeling of being able to turn the keys and just drive. Back in England I was fairly limited on how much I drove due to me working 12 hours a day 6 days a week. So whenever I went to go pick it up I had the oppurtunity to drive it further in one sitting than ever before. I put a little over 1,000 miles and went through 5 states in just 2.5 days. It did really well, got a ton of attention, and so far I love it even more...

    Link to goodbye thread.

Enjoy, my true euro rhd m50 e30.

Sweet! I took a 1900 mile trip in my e30 a few years ago, FL, GA, TENN, GA, TENN, KY, dragstrip, then repeat in reverse. Loved every minute of it, specially the wandering road through the mountains.

    Your car is sects.

Noted already. Was gonna ask about them, but figured someone else would bring them up. Winter steelies perhaps?

They're weller steelies from the early 90's. I have my type a's that are going on it this winter once I get my coilovers fully finished.

Happy to see you reunited! I just took a 900mile, two day trip in my ix. It was kinda brutal because my car was running a little warm so, I didn't use the a/c. I will definitely be putting in a new radiator and HG before the return trip.

Can someone clean the beer that came out of my nose off the keyboard, please?
