Ways you squeezed more horsepower out...

Okay well I know there are tons of way to get a couple of extra horses to the wheels such as heat wrapping, solid mounts, exhaust etc. Also I know results are always multiplied when you through boost into the mix(which I will be), so lets hear what you did and the before and after..

stickers are good for about 10hp/each.

a nice magnaflow muffler should net about 43-51hp and a LARGE red cone filter, not the blue ones...those actually restrict flow due to inproper dyeing techniques. this should get you another 25hp.

its the little secrets no one wants you to know.
you can raid your local autostore's "DUB" aisle for these parts.

When did solid mounts make more power?

i said wheel horse power. since obviously some of the power is lost on the way to the wheels.

And what are you guys on to me about?

the only time your engine is losing power to the wheels due to the type of engine mount being used is when the engine is literally spinning in place because there is nothing mounting it down to the frame.

I once read where this one guy put 10,000 (THOUSAND!!) volt coil packs (EACH!!) on a stellar m20 project car for more power..
