Oh Sachs is oem? I read boge is, or somethin like that. The thing is before I go bilsteins there is other things i need to do. And who knows, it may be a year before I do. Idk why this caused us so much trouble should be a simple buy. Haha

I think both sachs and boge are OEM suppliers but I could be wrong.

Oh okay. Either way the price for oem is exspensive and if I was going to pay that I'd get bilstein.

          Welcome to the sickness..

If I had any advice - it would be research, reseach, research..
.. much of which can be done on this site..

          also: maintenance before mods.
Congrats on the clean score there..

My point is. some can say fucking anything.

I've never had a problem with KYB's. I've only bought GR-2's and AGX's for my DD nissans. Had a set of GR-2's last 120k miles on H&R Races on my maxima.

But if they're for your E30. Don't fuck around. Just get bilsteins. If they pop later down the road, HEY HO! Send them for rebuild!

Went to take a further look at the front sisprbsion and got stopped because we cant take the wheels off. There is a "lock" nut and the po failed to give it to us anywhere.

So I was reading around and found out that there is not one universal wheel lock key.. great. So, I either have to see if the PO has it, go to BMW dealer and order one, borrow one (if possible), or go to a shop to have them removed.

Does anyone run their cars without wheel locks?

Whoever put wheel locks on 14" wheels is a fucking idiot.

Thought they were 15" but anyways no matter what I do not think they are necessary

Anyone know what size socket I should use to pound over the key and loosen it that way?

I read about someone drilling them, but I believe that we are going to pound on a socket and try to break them loose.

Weld a bolt to the wheel lock.

                                done

Those universal sockets they used to sell on infomercials work too. Gator grip or something
