1/3 of oil or seafoam to each part?
IF 1/3 of seafoam to each part. No. I will never recommend seafoam dumped directly into the oil. I won't tell anyone NOT to do it, But I won't recommend it.

But I will recommend 60% into the intake, 40% into the fuel. And whatever poison you choose for the oil, Be it ATF, Auto-RX, or your standard Pre-packaged kerosene "Motor Flush"
And after waiting the however set amount of time after the seafoam has set, to go and beat the living piss out of your engine until it stops smoking (Under load, of course)

Anyone used seafoam with a turbo motor? I'd like to do it, but thinking about it, all the carbon it loosens up winds up in the exhaust/turbo/wastegate.

So is the vacuum hose the one where this is?

I am talking about the one that comes off the mount for the intake mani and goes towards front of engine into the smaller cylinder (what is that thing anyways)?

Seafoam is bullshit. Run a can or 2 through your car, then pull your head. Doesn't do a damn thing to any of the carbon.

I did this very thing with a KA24DE I have sitting on my engine stand before I yanked it from the car.. And what were once carbon covered pistons were clean enough for me write on with a crayon.

Just go buy Deep creep, and spray it on some carbon deposits. It's the same stuff at a higher price and pressurized.

THEN come back and say that ;)

Or even better. Rip a head off with a nicely carboned engine. Spray some deep creep in there, let sit for 20 minutes. and torch it off, or hit it with some compressed air. Then start counting the black dots all over your face that were once inside the engine.

So the vacuum hose to the FPR is not the one to use, lol

I'm not one for bullshit additives but on my 88 it had a really annoying stumble from idle that completely went away after seafoam. I wasn't even using it for that, my buddy and I just wanted to see how much smoke it would produce. Could be coincidence but for 6 bones, it was worth it.

That's precisely the one to use.

                          Thank you.

It will clean your o2 sensor and cat, but other than that, it's poo.

If you have something wrong with your car, what makes you think pouring a can of anything will fix it?

Stuck injectors? take em out and clean em.
Miss? Go buy new spark plugs.

Seafoam does rid some issues but it's all temporary.

just remember that seafoam will get into the oil when you do it thru the intake, so the oil could be thin when you are revving it....
