This is the least valuable of all e30s, it pretty much has everything that nobody wants. But for that car running and driving I would pay $900 for it. In that price range I would look for a 325e/s, or if you wait a while and search often you might be able to find a 325i/s in that range. But I am an m10 hater.

The m10 is not bad in good running condition and is reliable. My negative about this car is the lack of rear disc brakes, but that like rest of the modular E30 system can be fixed.

It's also the lightest E30 out there.

OP, like said above, dont pay more than $900. Honestly, the m10 is light on power and that is a really early model in bronzit with comfort seats and im assuming all the rest of basic trim. basically the least desirable stuff put into one car. I like bronzit, but the most people hate it, so that reduces the value. the rest of the trim and engine also reduce the value for the same reason. I would buy it, but use what i said above to talk the owner into thinking its a POS and hes lucky that you are willing to take it off his hands.

Could also look at it this way, it's super cheap to insure and operate.

jesus christ. I'm sorry but even 900 is bordering on too much. I wouldn't pay more than 7 or 8.

              Seriously Kershaw?

drove it home for 400. 3/4 tank of gas. weaves, aftermarket sport replica seat, bentley, oil and volt gauges, and an Ansa exhaust. only had a small alternator issue, and the normal bork'd odometer.

Thanks for all the opinions guys. I've been widening my search, especially into florida since my hometown is right on the border between florida and georgia. I saw this car and was wondering what yall thought.

At first I thought it might fall into the too expensive category until I saw the line "only has 43,000 original miles." That definitely caught my interest. But the bit about it not being in great shape makes me wonder if there's something he's not mentioning. Not to mention white + 4 door isn't my favorite style of e30, but I could get over that.

                  good job jaxx.

i find those all the time. i have like 10 $400 e30s that were nicely modded and bought in great running condition because there are so many of them and so easy to find.

It's not a question of how easy they are to find, it's if they exist. If you took a few moments to consider that these things do happen you wouldn't make such sweeping statements that imply that anything outside of your own experience is impossible. "please show me a running e30 for $500" just goes to show you that you don't know everything. Let's face it, you didn't want to be proven wrong, yet you were. I usually let your (and others) posts go, but sometimes statements are so full of bad advice that it's important for someone to speak up. Don't take it personally.

Well, it seems I found the new ad a few days too late. I called the guy today and he had already sold it.
