should i get this or not

    its a 94 325is auto with 194k
was in a front and rear accident hit by a drunk driver
its still starts up and the exhaust smells normal
no signs of over heating. but idk if the motor is okay
im hoping to get it for 400 but i know i can get it for 500
give me your opinion,.....im only getting it for the engine, rack, seats, dash, and all electronics, and the 5 lug front

My plains are to swap the m50 for my dying m20b27 and throw my late model m20b25 trans on the engine

In your experience does the engine usually survive these kind of accidents and is it worth 400-500 dollars

As long as you plan on rebuilding, I would jump on it.

I think $400 would be a good price but I don't think I would go over that for this car.

That mileage is on the high side. You could put that $400-$500 in to an M20 and make just as much power.

Let's not forget you'll still need other parts to do the 24v swap, that E36 doesn't have everything you need.

I'd say it's a decent deal. The interior and stuff you may be able to sell if you want and recoupe some cost.

you know that the is will have the wrong front geometry right? you need to use 96+ m3 parts to keep everything working right.

It almost looked like a TI in the first pic.

300 bones sounds like a good deal to me, E36 arent free up here yet like they seem to be down south.
