    Look a 1986 M325

I saw this today. It is not mine!!!

Job loss forces Me to sell my 1986 BMW M325. Rare dealer modified. Garaged all it's life. Never drove in winter. Owned by mechanic, very well maintained. Installed new(BMW) shocks last summer. new plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter this summer. Has had Synthetic oil it's whole life. Have some extra parts and car cover. Any questions call travis at 509-389-1342.

What is different about the m model besides the badge? Never heard of this before.

That sounds sketchy, there are some really shady characters in Spokane.

Did they even make synthetic oil back then? It does say its whole life

That badge must be worth over $2k, because it is just a 325e with a m badge.

^ stole the words out of my mouth.

                    not worth more than $2000.

                    pros:
                    its an e30
                    looks pretty clean
                    5 speed
                    mtech steering wheel!

                    cons:
                    early model
                    no es/is valence
                    cloth interior
                    comfort interior
                    m badge

there is no such thing is a m325. a "325" is the lowest trim model ever available for an e30. the bottom of the barrel.

                    $2000. no more.

yeah, its a beater base model with a filthy interior (complete with jizz stained comfort seat). Closer inspection would likely show other signs of abuse/neglect. $500 tops

I can't wait for someone to buy this and join R3V so we can all tell him he paid too much and he needs to remove the ///M badge.

                          found this in the archives....

"M325i does exist and are common. just not on your continent (US).

they are 325i with all sorts of stuff made by M-Technik. If they are genuine, they have M20B25s, are manual, 2 door, MTech kit (1 or 2 depending on facelift or not), 15" basketweaves, LSD, bigger axels, better sways, harder springs, and Bilsteins or Koni shocks (again, depends on facelift or not) from the factory. Im not sure whether they were built by M, or by BMW.
Also, some stuff you got as options on regular E30s in the states (because you didnt get the M325i), are exclusive to M325i elsewhere in the world, such as the maplight mirror and tweeter pods in the door mirrors. That may be incorrect, but i have never seen them installed from the factory in a non-M325i

hope that helps. but bottom line is, if you found it in the states, it wont be a M325i"

If adding an M badge to an eta adds 2k to the value I'll take 5.
