What is your problem? I posted a comment that we know that BMW screwed up and produced a few oops. AKA Black on Black E28 M5's. They have been out there for what 23 years, people know about them. I am sorry I doubt the what you state about your car, as I have had a Hartge modded as well when I was living in Germany.

You had a contract on Ebay with the purchaser, you should have pressed that. Like it or not your car was discussed here and we either doubt it or believe it. Sorry that's the facts. I am glad you can afford to have such nice tastes in auto's. I have a few myself I like.

I hope your car sells, but please don't blame us for truly not having what I would call supporting documentation.

Sorry to hear that your car did not sell. I have seen the E28 and it is a nice car but that E28 M5 is sweet. Gotta love the M88. My guess is 128,000 miles.

It has become common for cars to be sold on eBay only to be relisted for some reason. Hope the hartge goes to a good home. Vasbros vert is still for sale as well.

Yeah felt bad the guy got sucked into this site that way but I still stand behind my opinion until he would be able to show me otherwise.

I hope the car sells just makes many others out there worth more.

I have this for more info. I am with Ronp on this one. I am starting to really not appreciate the way some people act on r3v on this particular thread. Lots of low ballers and people whom speak like some of us don't know shit! But since r3v is in my blood I will continue to post and look. A word of advise though respect what some people post and if you disagree speak with knowledge not out the rear end. Hope this helps some of you asking about this e30. As you can see Paul asked for me to post this since he can't. Thanks to all that look.

Just looked through 3" 3ring binder full of documentation about this car and Hartge.

PLEASE post this on the REV3 board....

I found some documentation:

Code #841 tranlates to "CONTROL for DELIVERY of Option packages - vehicle specific."
The car was sold new on 12/29/88 - 4 months after the build date.
