I've driven a brand new one. The weird British kid who drives my 5:00 AM carpool to crew practice drives it like a fucking moron, and I'm 6'2" and sit in the back seat, along with two other people (on a 2-person back row). It's like hell every morning.

Costs and the fact even with its rear end it has now; it competes with the e92 m3 in every handling aspect.

Next gen is supposedly gonna have a irs, hopefully it won't axle hop like the early 2000's cobras.

            I'd say neither and a nice pre-owned E46 M3....
......or (my 1st choice) Manual E90 M-sport pkg.

Perfect reason to do it, and should have a good resale value as well.

Coming from a Chevy guy its tough to say this but the Mustang looks way better than the Camero IMO

Agreed, I saw a white one pull out while I was walking by. Sounded so meaty!

I personally LOVE the 135, it is a sweet little car. Honestly though, both are a win win.

Why are you all comparing it with the 135? I know he said he was considering it, but the two aren't really comparable because of price difference. 30k will get you a 135i with 25k miles.

honestly i hate how the new mustangs look, and I'd rather have a car that can handle tight corners than a speed machine. Though I'm sure if you do a lot of highway driving having that mustang sound & speed is nice. It's just not my style. It's really up to preference, but my vote will always go bmw over ford.

                            Do it.

For those who keep calling it a "speed machine" and not a "tight cornering" car.

Here's your proof of being absolutely wrong.

                              Because its the comparison I am making. 25k miles isnt bad on a 135i, Still under warranty. I've done nothing but BMW's for the last ~10 years...1987 e30 swaped, 1991 318is (current), 1995 M3, 1999 M3, 2004 ZHP 330. I didn't like the e46 much, the 135i reminds me of the e36 M's I loved.

I'm not considering anything interesting like an e30 M because I dont want to worry about it so much :)
