Talk me out of it: Mustang GT 5.0

I can get one of these, brand new, for under $26k....

I was looking at 135i's, but after checking this out, I don't see a reason to get the 135. The new 5.0 is a very nice machine....lots of bang for the buck so I think I am going to go with it (99% sure).

Of course the e30 is not being traded/sold to make this happen so that plays no part in it....

What do you guys think about the new 5.0?

Enjoy! They look like a blast to drive. Best thing they did was convert to independent rear suspension when they did. They 1st Cobra's ahd lots of wheel hop but I believe its pretty effective now.

I've autocrossed a 2012 GT 5.0. It was a hoot, and it was pretty much bone stock.

I was up above it, Now I'm down in it ~ Entropy - A Build thread.

A dude I work with has one. He's new, and when he was training the first thing I noticed was the car. Honestly, it looks badass and it's much smaller than it looks in pics/videos.

Still no e30, but it's apples to oranges. The thing's a beast.

                      GET IT... and post pics.

5.0 no question. handles very well for an american sports car, and its batshitinsanefast in a straight line.
