So I spotted on 1988 M3 in my neighbors garage. It is a one owner car the least he would take is $18,500. The exterior is a 7.5/10 and the interior is an 8.5/10. It is alpine white with a black interior with 69,000 miles. The has been used as a DD and has been tracked. It has been maintained meticulously and just had a new clutch, and new brakes. It has coil over suspension, strut bar, and roll cage. Do you guys think there is any room to make a profit flipping this?

I hate to see cars like these fall into the hands of someone with more dollars than sense and winds up destroying it.
