M Tech II is ugly

from a early 318 or 325e with diving boards to the latest e30 with m-tech on it i love them all..yes i have seen some horrible ones (the one i drive) but even in the worst form they still have those perfect lines to them ..i cant get over how they look...first e30 i had was an 86 325e with diving boards....fucking loved it and even had the hardcore muscle guys at my job say it looked nice....to my current 89 with plastic bumpers...

in the end everyone has different tastes...me i love all the flavors that the e30 came in

Always thought so. Am I the only one? It's generic and overdone. Makes the cars look chunky and bland, like something MonkeyMadness would post in the Hot Chicks thread.

It looks especially bad on white, which is oddly enough what most people on here salivate over. Especially white verts. With black-polished-lip wheels. The balls of lint I pull out of the top of my ass-crack are more appealing. And more original.

Why does everyone hate on (stock) cars with color-matched trim when an M Tech II kit is essentially the same?

the sides of the car look so much better as been stated,
and i think it makes 15s look the perfect size.

i dislike the rear wing, and loss of contrast to the car.

i'd stil buy one to put on a red car and get another mt1 wing for it.

The only problem I have with mt2 is the bumpers, they just look to big and round for an e30. That being said, I think the green late model posted above looks perfect. Plastic bumpers/mtech2 valence is my favorite combo.

My sig says it all. I had a AWII MT2 cabrio that I rescued while I had my glacier. One of them had to go and even though, I have always wanted an MT2 of my own, I was still drawn to my glacier. One of the main reasons is the color combo of both...i see too many AWII e30s and rarely see blue on blue with blue top. I do miss the MT2 but I pretty sure I made the right choice.

I only like the front and rear aprons and side skirts. Screw the ugly m3 style (which those are ugly too) bumpers and door pod things
