Came from Miatas. I've owned both NA and an NB, sticks and automatics. I love em. But my E30 is staying. I will eventually get another Miata when something nice comes up. They are fun cars to drive. Just like go karts. Me and karting are twins.

Buddy "traded" for a miata. Biggest waste of money ever. Ugly slow and poorly maintained and his hard top was stolen.

Im going to get rid of my truck and get some cash and get a miata and an e30.

There are definite plusses to a miata, gas mileage and reliability.

i love verts, in my case my e30 is a vert.

I dunno, I mean obviously the vehicles are similar.
the miata vert top window is glass and it goes up like in 1 second. not some creaky thing made of coat hangers like the e30

Some people love the 318, but isnt a miata even closer to a 318 but just better in most ways?

I guess if youre using those back seats a lot and like the big trunk.

I was thinking about trading my 89 vert for a 91 miata, both in red.

When it comes down to it, my vert does have a lot more miles but its just a much better car. When they were new it was way more expensive.

Its just more up to date on all maintenance, it has fresh suspension brakes hoses belt whatever.

Nice leather interior. I dont think leather exists in the gen 1 miata.


The miata though has decent low end its light and get 35 mpg. This was the 1.6 liter one. Very reliable. Dohc. Thats what I miss in my 325, is the top end after burner stuff that cars got in the 90s.
the worst part of the m20 is the gas mileage its just pumping out too much gas

I always thought the same thing. Miata's are cool if you can get past the gay connotation. I'm sure they kick ass on the track though.
