Sell the vert and put whatever engine you decide on in a sedan (all e30's are sedans). Not worth the time in a vert imo.

Im going to say build the engine you want but keep the cabrio. I have no shame saying that my cabrio has its original M20 and an auto. Its reliable, runs perfect, and drop topped when the weather is nice makes life grand. Now my coupe is just the same, reliable and runs perfect, but its also my toy/project. It has an M50 and loves to been driven with spirit. It is also my daily only because its so much fun!
So what I am saying...2 cars, 2 different purposes. Build your engine and wait for a nice coupe shell to throw it in.

me and joe put a m20 in the black car first, that motor got sold. joe found a e30 that had a m50 in it, bought that car and moved the swap into the vert.
i was there. i was there when we first started it, i was there for the first drive with no front seat or seat belts or brakes.
just cause it wasn't my car at the time doesn't mean i didn't contribute.
real talk, BITCH!

I know a local guy who sprays on every car he races, push button on his steering wheels.
Everyone cries about the negatives of NOS, but I rather be able to DD my car like a normal person, but turn on the bottle warmer when a wrx pulls up and have the power to smash him, instead of dealing with a turbo.
But remember this is r3v, most of us talk like we know everything and know nothing, so research for yourself and make a choice. I bet you won't do it...most people who ask this shit don't end up following through.sigpic

Fuck all the modifying ideas, 318ic's are very rare, and especially in maritsaublau. I would keep it stock since it's gonna be a summer day cruiser anyways. Put it in the garage and preserve that shit for 10 years. Vintage car fans will be bidding high for it. Only dudes will give a sh** if it's fast, chicks love any cabrio. Just my 2 cents :)I do what I want
