Not going to powder coat it. More expensive, no real benefit on something that isn't going to be seen when its in the car, etc.

Do yourself a favor and get rid of those headers. Those provide no real value and will cause you more headaches than anything.Comment

Anytime I build a motor, I try to paint the block a lighter color so I can see if there are any leaks.
I love to see a clean painted M20 for sure!Comment

Harley black wrinkle paint is the best. A little pricey, but it gives a great, durable finish if you heat the piece on a hot plate or in an oven before spraying it.
Gloss black blocks are my preference by far.Comment
