I am predicting a 1,2 qualiy for Merc, they ought to be strong this weekend. Glad they went to one drs zone for the race, as last year it was a bit of a joke how easy cars were passed in canada.

I always thought it would be cool to see an F1 "pro-bowl" of sorts at the end of the season. Just a fun race somewhere, where all the drivers get randomly shuffled into different cars

Its the roc ... about as close as you are going to get to showcasing some of the drivers.

One thing that is overlooked by many casual fans is the work great drivers do to setup and develop the cars. Hamilton was a huge benefactor of Alonso's ability to do this,,,as any rookie would have been in 07. Schumi has done it his whole career. It would be cool to have everyone start with identical cars and let them develop them throughout the year,,,

Race of champions, not just f1 drivers but there are usually a few there.

Hey guys I have a question. What do you think would happen if you took one of the top drivers, and put them in one of the worst cars? I have been wondering if the bottom cars are really that bad, or are the top drivers really that good?

What do you guys think?

well done msc. Now if he can just make it thru the first turn he should be able to finish 5th or better. I was expecting more out of KR and what has happened to button. He has really fallen off form.

At Monaco I always thought that they should have some sort of alternate route that was a second or so quicker than the main route. Once open, say ten laps in, each driver is given three altroute passes to use when wanted throughout the race. Would add some excitement to the procession.
Qualifying should be good. Time for Perez and or Maldonado to step it up... The great ones have to shine here.
