Not so much says the stewards,ha ha 20sec was a bit harsh, actually way harsh. He really got screwed by it being on the last lap, and since when was 20 sec the delta time down pitlane? Most of the stops I saw were around 16- 17 sec with a stop included. I thought he should have been stripped of 2nd but damn! Alonso is a happy boy right now.Originally posted by Janderson View PostAgreed. Nice pass by Vettel at the end, but pretty uneventful, otherwise.

In other news, I didn't see anything on Hammi's retirement... I thought for sure he'd be screaming about it post-race...
And... did anyone catch the pre-race analysis of the RBR engine mapping investigation? David Hobbs was referring to it as a "part" that could be removed from the car, lol! I was laughing at all 3 of them fumbling to express what it was the FIA were investigating and getting it all completely wrong... even Matchett was pretty clueless on exactly what they were investigating and why they were investigating it... too funny...

^That's why I watch the BBC/SkySports broadcasts.........guys that have actually raced in F1. The SPEED guys are too busy failing at being funny.
Hammi retired likely so they could throw in a fresh gearbox.Need parts now? Need them cheap? steve@blunttech.com
