look at how the seats are mounted, then you'll know if it's oe or aftermarket.

my guess is reupholstered oe sport seats.

actually, they sort of look like the seats from an 84-86 thunderbird turbo coupe.

as far as the side skirts are concerned, both zender and kamei made skirts like that.
