i agree with the rest-nice find. that car certainly didn't roll out of the factory with that body kit on it though. my first impression is that it's zender. my second would be kamei. i think with all the aftermarket/euro parts, the car is a good deal. does he have all 4 "hartge" wheels? even if there are 4 of them, i don't think they are worth 1500. they look like they might be replicas but maybe they are the real thing. if those are e30 seats, they have certainly been recovered in velour. the profile of the side bolsters look wrong for them to be e30, though if you like them that is all that matters.
with all the stuff a previous owner has added to this car, you may find it is a u.s. car with lots of euro parts added. even so, still a good deal. hope it isn't too rusty. if it is, you can always buy an early style car in the south and put all these parts on it.

The seats kinda look like E21 recaro seats. But I'm not really 100% on those.
(Thanks MR 325 for picture)
I can pretty much promise you it is not any kind of a Eurospec car.
True Recaros were offered on euro-spec e30s but are very rare. Those look like the euro e30 Recaros to me. Very nice find, love calypso e30s. Lots of potential there but does look like there will be some work to do.
