I've seen this before. Never got the idea of not posting plate numbers. Most people have cars on here that members/lurkers (who could potentially want to vandalize their cars) would recognize definitively without a plate number. I think it's just paranoia or something, I'd share plate numbers for all 4 cars in my family if anyone wants to know.
