The 2.7t is notorious for chewing up turbos around the 100k mark. Coupled with the complex air suspension and all other Quattro complexities, you best do your homework on a potential buy before taking the plunge.

I love VAG products, really do. I think the Allroad is sweet. But they are not kind in terms of service and maintenance (a ZHP 330i is your best bet here).

My ZHP never once had an issue or got stuck in the snow with some good Dunlop sport snow tires. And I had her in everything from 1/2inch to 8inches on the road with an inch of ice under it. ZHP FTW

Wait Floorless240z on Hybrid? I'd pick the 330 without a second thought given the above options, although I'm not well versed in the AWD setups on either car.

^^^ that is a sobering little ray of sunshine.

My vote would be 330 as well but I don't get Station wagon love at all,so I am biased.

                  i would chose e36 m3 all day,
cost to fun ratio e36 m3 wins.

330i would be another choice of mine if price didn't matter.

                  but e36 m3 for sure.

4.2L will pull a twin axle trailer with ease. My buddy does all the time.

Ive got a b5 s4. the 2.7 isnt a terrible engine and chip, exhaust regularly get me 24.5 mixed. and up to 31 hwy. the tbelt is spendy but you only have to do it every 80-100k. turbos are hit and miss but if you get a car that had reg oil changes/maintance you'll be fine.
