wow! a lot more responses than i expected! thanks for the wellwishes fellas!

@E30SPDFRK: the mechanics aren't too happy about it, but it serves several important purposes:

      1. customers don't have to hang around the shop floor to watch us work, meaning they don't get in the way of the mechanics too much, they don't have any risk of getting hurt, and they don't monkey around with the other customers' cars.

      2. lots of natural light = electricity savings. plus, lots of display opportunities for parts and stuff.

      3. it looks awesome. :)

@gemztoy86: it's in makati bro! check out our facebook page or website for the map to our shop. and holler at me so when you do visit!

@Balleristic31: that's my partner's ride. it's pretty sweet - newly repainted, re-upholstered, and machanically re-done top to bottom. my own e30 is still way away from completion. i'll post it soon.

@navid41691: yes sir! but sometimes i have to convince myself that it's real, too!

@JeremyE30autox: to be honest, it took us a year to find a good location, and another 6 months of construction. we started working on our own cars (and the cars of a few friends) towards the end of december, while the finishing work was still being done. and we only started accepting customer cars in mid-january this year.

@BlackbirdM3: yup! it's actually a 1965 fairlady 1600. it belongs to my partner's brother. it's been tracked a couple of times, too, so it's not just a garage queen. :)

@ColdAccord: i dunno about an assload, but let's just say we made extreme sacrifices to get the funding for this shop.

WOW love it! What is the reason for doing Bosch Car Service program instead of your own independent shop?

Indeed! Quite a lot of responses! thealbert here, Frag's partner and the 3rd E30 nutter who set up the shop. I suppose Frag pretty much covered all the questions already. He did forget to add one set of pictures though. Top Gear USA host and drifting legend Tanner Foust was the in the Philippines working as a stunt driver for the latest Bourne Legacy movie. He dropped by, met up with Arc Automotive and gave us a big thumbs up!

And just to share, here's my E30 baby. It was a full ground up restoration E30 325is with some minor mods here and there.

Here are a few before, during and after restoration pictures. I'll be posting a thread on the restoration since it was document every single step of the way! In the meantime, here's a preview.

              More power to R3VLimited!

Its got the wrong front fenders. The fender flare is too large to be an early 1600. That said, swapping fenders is pretty easy.

@BlackbirdM3: checked with the owner, and you were right - it is a '67. my bad :p

@MrSlacker: the short answer is that by allying with bosch, we get a good support system in terms of knowledge base, supply chain, and even systems training. it also helps that they chipped in with displays, signage, and a few other things.

@LuckyHenriksen: will do! hopefully the awesome e30s (and other cars) keep coming, so i can keep posting!

I will be in Makati April 3rd - 7th for a quick business trip.. I realize it is Holy week but I'd love to meet up for lunch and possibly check the place out if you guys are around.

I'm near Glorietta, so not too far away
