It was seeping oil from just about everywhere so I started tearing it apart to replace all the gaskets. Now I'm working on cleaning up 20 years of the built up crap all over the engine parts, before I put it back together. I'm probably gonna pull the transmission as well, the shift linkage seal is leaking and the it needs a serious cleaning. Luckily the timing chain, sprockets, and guides all look new, but I've got to use Simon's JB Weld trick on the bottom of the head and timing case. I just got the head back from the machine shop today, had it shaved and cleaned up. I've got a silicone hose kit to get replace all the cracked hoses, a COP kit on the way, an electric fan from an E36, and the serpentine system from the same car. It had an M44 but I'm gonna try and make it work since I've already got it apart. Just need to get an E36 steering rack, find some 4 pintle injectors and get it all back together. I will post up some new picks and start a thread in the member's ride section when I get done.

Thank you guys for all the good info on this site! I've learned tons about these cars in the last few months and will hopefully know enough to start contributing soon.
