"I like it but it's a bit bumpy because of its sports suspension (it's stock), but you don't have to hit the brakes when going on a turn it sticks like a formula 1 car."
I'm much to nice to jump out of my office and yell RACEWARZ!!1! at him, even though my piece of shit e30 is on stands at the moment, haha.
Ok I have a 98 camaro 3.8 auto and it gets 18 mpg on the highway. and I have an e30 and I drive them all the time. So I have both of those cars and I fill up both of their gas tanks.
Because one is manual and one is auto its not fair. but I promise you no camaro turns like an e30. All camaros go faster in a straight line. All camaros suck more gas than they admit too, my camaro gets worse gas mileage than my v8 f150 truck.

98 camaro 3.8 has 200 hp, 225 pnd tq 3300 pnds.
m20 e30 has 168 165 2900 lbs.....
a v8 has 305 hp. What sort of race does an e30 go faster than a camaro?
Definitely a very twisty track.
I did not mean all as in ever, I mean all as in 98 camaros or 4th gen camaros.
Heres my e30 and my camaro nice live pic I took for you.
There were 4 cylinder camaros back in the day. those are slow.Last edited by stamar; 04-12-2012, 05:04 PM.

Depending on who it is I either speak up or just SMH in disbelief. Depends who it is and how bad it is.
The thing is i'm conflicted on just not saying anything because it makes them think you agree or don't care about it if you don't say something. To me that's worse than whatever they might think of what you have to say.Zinno '89 <24v swap in progress>

car speed arguments are always kind of teenager.
People who like to contradict etc and argue.
As far as I know a firebird is a camaro. I cannot believe anyone is so out of touch with cars to think that their e30 is faster than a 98 camaro.
I must be totally misunderstanding so I wont add anymore.
oh duh, ok with an m30 swap gotcha. It took some research.Last edited by stamar; 04-12-2012, 05:35 PM.

In response to the thread, no if you're wrong I'll tell you in attempts that you'll correct yourself, even if I sound like an asshole while doing it.

I usually speak up cause well... I'm usually right hah :)
I'm very booksmart and streetsmart. I spend most of my time reading and studying books of varying topics, and I make an attempt to learn through all sorts of experiences so I never enter the argument unprepared.
However, I'm also man enough to admit when I'm out-classes, out-manned, and out-gunned, at which point I lay down my pride, appologize for being wrong, sit politely and listen, and turn it in to an opportunity to learn and gain even more knowledge.
I'm not afraid to speak my mind cause well.. If I stay quiet, who else will? This also comes with discretion on when and who to speak to as well though..
In your case, I would have lol'd and walked away. The fact he's hitting on a girl by talking about his car proves he's got no game and he needs to man the crap up.. He'd ruin his own chances before he would even start dating her.. I would never talk to a girl about my car unless she is actually interested strictly in e30s aswell
