    There goes the price ceiling!

So the past couple of weeks, I have seen some E30s with an asking price of more than $11,000. Some of these swapped e30 a couple years back were at $7,000 to $10,000. Now we have a couple that are asking $12,000 on up. Most of these cars are not even a full restore. I should not have to fix anything after buying it for those prices. Levent's m20 car that he fully went through can pull those numbers. Well I guess this is good for the m20 guys to bump their prices up.

just because someone asks a lot of money for something does not mean they are receiving a lot of money for it.

I hope these are E30 M3's you are talking about. If not, I don't know where you see these prices at. The most I have seen for one was 5 grand and that was for a cabrio in pretty good condition.

Check the classifieds. I see at least 3 right now. I would not include Jason( Tabasco), or Jest's S50 car.

Do you live in a bubble? Take a look at the R3V cars FS forum.

I just sold one of my cars in the 10k-11k range. ;)

I've had a good number of people approach me and ask if I'd sell my car. I've always just said no but the other weekend I had a middle aged guy at a gas station ask if I'd be interested in selling it. I told him not really but for shits and giggles I said if I did I'd need around $7k to sell it...he gave me his card and told him to call as soon as I decided too :loco: Now my car is in decent condition but has clearly had a minor fender bender and leaks oil and has numerous other 20 year old car glitches which I mentioned and he didn't bat an eye when I said $7k.

Did this with my last vert, was at work and came out to a note on the car, told the guy 6500, let him test drive it, then decided I didn't want to sell lol
