5 good reasons why i dont come here anymore *R3V of the Week*

Yeah i wrote my car off. Was driving onto a freeway onramp and my dodgy assed auto gearbox was in too high a gear, and because the kickdown is broken i manually pushed it down a gear. But i think it went down about 2. It was raining and the car overeved and slid gently into the side barrier. But was on a corner, so i wa then flung off and whacked the other side of the barriers. So yeah i got off lucky, wasnt hurt at all. My car is fucked though. Smacked the rear quarter panel and folded the boot. The front also too some damage with both fenders damaged and the radiator whacked in. Also snapped the control arm on the right.

Dont think ill be getting another e30 any time soon, it was all good fun when i got it but after 200 000km it was giving way too much shit, and it was not because of lack of maintenece or abuse. So anyways adios, maybe see you guys another time.

so a well maintained auto box on a car with safe tires caused that? hrmmm. Well, good luck with whatever you do i guess.

So, because you manually knocked the slushbox down two gears in the middle of the turn on wet pavement, it's the car's fault you wrecked.

          Cool.

That never would have happened in an equally maintained 87 Accord.

200,000km is nothing to an E30 (that's only 125,000 miles!). bummer for crashing a poorly maintained shitbox...

                            Jesus. No shame.

Sorry for your car. No matter how utterly "cool" and sheepishly alike to ones own car anothers vehicle is, it always means something to the owner. Ill leave it at that before all the lemmings attack.
