    Urgent! - Late model M-tech 1?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if it was possible for someone to fit an m-tech1 kit to an '89 320i.

I'm looking to purchase the car shown below but due to some circumstances I can't go out and look at it so i've only got this pic to go of.

If anyone could name the wheels as well, that would be great

Not without some work but sure...it's possible.

I've just never seen something like this in Aus, so I'm pretty hesitant at the moment

from the looks of those pics, that is an early model car.

all of the M tech I stuff will just bolt right up other than the rear bumper and valance.- if its from a vert (the rear bumper stuff), then it will also just bolt right up.

are you sure? the rear looks like it has late model tails

if it is, then the rear bumper is from a vert probably.

That looks to me like a late model, shadow line trim, big tails, and looks to be low arches in the rear.. Hard to tell with just that one pic though

Anything is possible, but you'll only know how well done or not well done when you actually see it in person.

Very difficult to tell but after comparing it to both late and early model side profile shots, it does appear to be a late model with euro bumpers and mech 1. If only there were a little more tail showing or the car was a color that showed the lines better. Keep us posted!

Argh, I talked to a towing company about towing the car to mine(starter motor and diff issues) but apparently it would be practically impossible to get a car up my driveway and into my garage from a tow truck. My family also has no experience whatsoever with trailer's and towing in general so there was no way I could make this one mine :(

Purchasing this car would have been very rushed anyway (seller was leaving town with the car tonight) and I wasn't fully comfortable with it.

Thanks for all the input though, the community here was/is one of the major reasons i've settled on an e30 for my first car

isnt the seller of that car on r3v? i've seen it before. white 4 door late model with mtech1. if you look at the rear bumper, it doesnt fit perfectly. it's a bit short.

too bad you couldnt snag it.
