i have never owned a dodge. i'm a ford fan. f350 diesel. i get 18 mpg with it which is way better than that durango you are looking at.

i am going to be done with building houses soon. when i sell this, i am going to look at the tundras.

I think I'm with nando and sleeve - my friend has a yukon denali he tows with, and he just replaced the original trans at 318,000 miles.

But I'm more with flybox. diesel. what's the downside?

^tundras are shit. I know because I've built them. They are very little truck for very much money and parts are expensive.

ANYTHING DODGE WITHOUT A CUMMINS IN IT IS PURE SHIT!

the 2002 most likely had the 4.7 which is pure shit. I dunno who dodge got their transmissions from but they seem to go south quite prematurely unless you get a manual.

you're better off getting a tahoe or yukon for the same money. You get better reliability and MPG and tow rating and saftey and cheap parts and it's easy to fix and its like a rock and... the list goes on.

You're fucking stupid. Having owned a good many dodge trucks and being around them most my driving life, i know what i'm talking about. Cause the only thing you got right is that they do suck gas, and the lack of quality on the 4.7... Their trans are a glorified torqueflight, and the overdrive likes to go out in them due to the owners inept lack of brain power to turn OD off when towing or hauling.

downside is that they are much higher in price and from my experience the early-mid 2000 trucks require new injectors before 200k which runs a few thousand IIRC.

But.. On that note, I want a 2500 Duramax with an Allison

TDI swap a 5 speed Ranger. Chip the shit out of said TDI.

Enjoy epic truck w/ both 300+ ft/lbs of torque, and 40mpg highway.

Nice "truck" but, I wouldn't buy one if I needed to do any towing.

                        Range Rover.

                        Nice V8.

                        Can go anywhere.

LWB (Long wheel base) is fucking huge.

I hauled a full 540i exhaust in the back of mine.

That is a bad ass idea. Kudos, sir.
