        Again, it's my friend who's buying it, not me, but I think his plan is to more just to have a fun m3 <$10,000. Not really looking to flip it. Just wants a well set up and relatively cheap m3 to drive the shit out of.

                  I think that it seems like a better deal than it is. It's cheap, but putting 6-7k in it will not get it to the level of a 10k m3 IMO.

                      Nice find. Even though it is a lot of work if it has clean title it is worth restoring. If not drop a S54 in it and have some fun. Either way if you get it for what you want to pay it is a good deal.
