Finished my first one and already sold it:)
hardware-NOTE-my e30 already had holes for the bolts to fit into on the OEM radiator mount, the just need to be enlarged really quick with a drill bit takes about 15minutes for complete install. other models may be solid and need a new holes drilled. if you look at your radiator mount you'll see how easy the install it.

ok so I got my first batch of carbon fiber radiator covers made and I'm shipping one out today. I've wetsanded them down w/ 1000grit and then polished and waxed them. If they are still not shiny enough you an use some lacquer clear coat or just use armor all before a car show. I feel that its shiny and smooth enough but I cant speak for others.
