I thought the guy was an unbiased 3rd party and couldn't understand who would choose a 2.3_16 over an M3 (especially a sport evo) but it should be pointed out that Jason Cammisa is a long time 190 owner and member of 190revolution. Not exactly impartial. No wonder he chose the 190. His decision is based purely on his opinion without any reasoning behind it. He's basically saying, the 190 isn't as good as the M3, BUT it's the cooler car! lol. Quoted: "Jason Camissa from Automobile Magazine has one and the magazine did a nifty little article on his black 2.3 and the E30 M3 Sam Smith bought. You can read the article in the February 2007 issue."Last edited by reelizmpro; 08-02-2012, 11:46 AM. -

Paging Snitch
I love both cars; the Beige makes the 2.3 look like crap, but both cars a great; If I had the choice, I would have both an e30 M3 and a 2.3.
Definitely not better than the M3 though... Cooler? Objective, but definitely not better
But, who can't love a Mercedes with a giant rear wing? Its like.. the epitome of rice and class all in oneLast edited by JinormusJ; 07-15-2012, 08:02 PM.Leave a comment:

Points made about suspension seem completely irrelevant. Most enthusiasts would put GC's or KW in there anyway.Leave a comment:

I lol'd at the m3 being a "star"
It just sounded silly to me.
M3 every time over the 190 though.Leave a comment:

That video leaves you quite torn between two nostalgic, powerful cars. I have tons of love for the 190e 2.3, as i've been behind the wheel of one. I just don't think it compares to the aggressive, track ready feel of the m3. Very informative video though, kept me glued in the whole time.Leave a comment:

We just spent 2 weeks on the island of Crete. Rented a 308 hatch. Pugs are the greatest cars for crazy mountain roads like that. They have a very supple/compliant suspension, but somehow still have sharp turn-in and crisp, neutral handling. I don't know how they do it, but it's magic. Love Pugs!Leave a comment:
