take the head apart and see if you can see the suck.
if the car runs (dont drive it)if it turns over, then the sock def. didn't go back the valve and just stuck on the cams..

i say take the head apart, its very simple process and give it a shot. Damn i feel bad fo ryou.. and sucks your driving an M3
