      $2,000 is too high. Missing the front drive line assembly, you'll have to get an e34 oil pan, higher mileage, a lot of missing components.

      I'd say somewhere around $1,000-$1,400

          No more than 1000. I payed 2300 for a 110k mile s52 obd1 swapped

            I'm always one to find a good deal but I still think $1500 would be reasonable for the engine.

            Sorry guys but I don't consider 130k high mileage on these engines anymore. They've anywhere between 13 and 16 years old. My S52 has 130k on it and it runs GREAT.
