Thanks guys for al the replies, I know I am stupid for just letting the car go like that. For one I just figured guy is legit to start with but once it actually came down to paying it all started. See I wanted to snap at first of the gate. Then when he gave me info of work status etc. I felt a little more secure about him taking car. I am just frustrated that I helped another member and then got shafted at the end of day payment wise.


To Edwin you know me ese I come from the hood and shit like what your buddy is doing would come down to an azz woopin in the streets. Furthermore, cause you know I help member on here lots of them to get paid like that in return if gacho. I have came to this conclusion, the buyer must now pay more on top of initial asking price for drama and bullshit he gives. I will keep everyone posted on what the end result is.


To add one last thing to those whom know buyer. Of he had it so hard how was it that mods to the car started wright away like top,diff, etc. And he decides in the middle of shit to also get an apartment to prove to his girl he can be man. A man would of kept his word I say. Again thank you all for comments.

This happened to me too. I sold a car to a friend, they wanted the car right away and would pay me in a few days.....friend wrecks car. I never get paid. Lesson learned.
