Actually, I DO walk my dog at all hours of the night. Sometimes I can't sleep, and my Lab is always up for an adventure.

    Asshole

What happens when you come over the rise and there's someone on a bicycle in their lane? Or worse walking a dog.....
    Idiots.
The level of pure stupidity that comes from people in this forum has gotten so bad lately, I have actually thought about only visiting certain parts R3V (which many do now). It's actually sad someone would admit to driving this way on a public road at any time of the day or night.
Roads aren't your personal playground. Have mommy or daddy pay for a track day, and start acting like an adult/ someone with respect for others.
So very true. Couldn't have summed it up better than this.

I have a nephew who will be eligible for a driver's permit next year. His dad (my brother) isn't a roll model example of good driving (think douchy E90 owner who 'owns the road' most of the time he's behind the wheel)....last thing I want to see is my nephew follow in his footsteps. I want to get my E30 mended and then spend some time helping my nephew learn to drive properly, maybe even foot the bill for one of those BMWCCA Teen Survival courses.

    Jon

Even when I was 17 I never really crossed the double yellow just to be cool and take the racing line. Maybe every once in awhile when I could see a few corners ahead. Coincidentally I never hit anything. I totalled an old volvo by yanking the ebrake too much (ebrake blew up) and I blew the auto trans in my dad's honda, but no accidents.

We were all 17 at some point and if my mom had an M3 you can bet your ass I'd have been having fun in it, and so would all of you. The problem lies in inexperienced driving. I'm sure the shame of explaining to his mom taught him something, but if you ask me it's mostly on her for letting her son anywhere near the keys.
