e36 M3 For Sale...opinions?

It's a great deal if you can get it for 4. They are reliable but their water pumps are horrible.

The WP is easy to change on them lol, I would love to own that. 4 door, s52, sexy green, just needs a 5spd.

My opinion:
1) e36 m3's are only good as a driver's car, and the auto basically cancels that out

2) those e46 m3 wheels are some of the ugliest wheels BMW ever put on their cars

I don't think your could be more wrong with number 1. The e36 m3 is much more than a drivers car. You'll get a comfortable, quiet and compliant ride out of the e36 m3 (its super tame). The e30 m3 is text book drivers car. My my mom could daily an e36 m3 without any complaints and she wouldn't even realize its an m3. But why would she, its not even a real m car

Do yourself a favor and just save a little more and buy an e46. Better in every way. E36 m3's are best used for swaps.

To answer your question. It will be more reliable than an e30, much better on a daily basis, and $4k would be a fair price.

That interior color and green is awesome. Worth the buy for that reason only. Its a dd, I would like something that is comfortable and nice to look at from a driving point of view.

Thanks for all the advice. I am saving up for an e46 actually...but I was thinking of buying this and selling the e30 in the meantime.
