I mean, at first I tried to step into their shoes and their position to think about it logically on why they would take such actions to report my car and so on, but 5 seconds into thought I immediately said this is fucking stupid, crumpled the letter, and threw it into the bin.

My buddy drives a cummins. He just got 25lbs of boost set up. He piped the exhaust out the side. If he is next to a prius at a light, they get smoked.

I've been tempted to call a few of these in. Douchebag diesel drivers trying to drag race from stoplights fill e30s with smoke just as well as they do a prius.
