This is stupid, I've heard of some locals PMing others, to remove random posted pictures, so to delete their lic/plates.

You really gotta be doing illegal shit, to worry about petty shit like that., if anyone wants to find my car, they can come look for it but........, you better bring a special vest, cause I'm not playing roll model and calling the cops, till after I've had my way.

Paranoia is funny. I have friends that trip out if they are in pictures on someone's account in Facebook. "You have a picture of me holding a beer!"
Yup. Quit drinking it if you don't want it to be known. And who are you? Why do you think someone would be out to "get" you? Are you really someone who's way more important than everybody else? Or are you on witness protection? Really?
                Some of them are weird.

A note to Craigslist photographers: If you're using an entire person in lieu of Scotch tape to affix a piece of paper to your license plate to obscure its numbers, having that person lay down and face away from the camera doesn't obscure her from view.

If you're reading this now, there's great chance that you spend far too many of your waking hours looking at pictures of cars online. Which means you've probably noticed that many of those images have their license tags obscured in some way. Being the inquisitive (likely) mammal that you are, you've probably wondered why the license plate is obscured, and if it's actually a good idea.

                        Well hello thar!

I'm obviously for the not censoring option. So many pics of my plate get taken anyways it wouldn't matter if I censored it.
