      Below 3k until at least 110 degree oil temp, then 4-7k depending on the mood and road if in second or third gear. Fourth gear at 5k is reckless driving so most of the fun is had in second. My engine does not come alive until 4k so I might as well be driving the comfy/quiet passat if I am not going to have any fun.

              About 3k til warmer, then a various range depending on the roads(i.e. residential, city, freeways)

                4.10s on a boosted m20.. I shift at 3k if im trying to save gas, still only get 17mpg combined. Any other time 6000rpm because racecar

                      I usually shift like between 2500-3k daily commute, i feel like im sucking alot of gas shifting any higher in my m42 , and i deliver pizzas in it so thats like at 2k lol

                                I try to shift under 3K but that's wishful thinking. Normally, around 4K.
