Thinking of selling my vert. What's it worth?

I have been thinking of selling my vert, but I have no idea what it's worth. I know prices will range depending on location, but let me know what you guys think it's worth in your area.
I am in Vancouver BC.

1992 BMW 325i Mtech II appearance package car
140,000 kilometers/86,000 miles three owner car.
Factory 5-speed
Triple black.
Ds paint, black heated leather seats, three year old aftermarket black top(glue window, not zippered like factory 92s)
Only rust found is surface rust under the battery, on the tray.
Two year old Remus exhaust(sounds amazing)
Brand new leather mtech II wheel last year
Tires are two years old
Original two tone weaves with DS centers..some clear coat crazing
Waterpump,t-belt and tensioner done @ 138,000 kms
Brakes done @ 135,000 kms
Z3 rack, new low pressure hoses and reservoir installed at 138,000kms
New leather shift and ebrake boots
New mtech leather knob
New euro grills(Kopi)
3.73 open diff rebuilt @ 135,000kms
Has factory deck modded for aux
Factory wind deflector
Factory hardtop, sagging headliner, working defrost
WORKING power top with spare motor and linkages
Leather rear headrest kit installed
Husco single cup armrest
Mtechnic valve cover from RobertK
Powder coated black plenum to match valve cover(not installed yet)
BMW Motorsport door handles

Much more maintenance done by po like.
Replaced fuel pump, sender, fuel tank, fuel filter etc 7k in the year he owned it.

I love it. I wish that whomever buys it keeps the wheels, as they belong on this car as part of the 770 appearance package and diamond schwarze is fairly uncommon vs Alpineweiss. It's in great condition, super low miles, factory hardtop AND deflector, factory 5 speed, working power top, that's gotta be worth at least 8-9K US possibly more. I don't know about importation fees since it's a Canadian car though. That's going to be a factor in the price to US buyers.

Assuming the suspension, brakes & bushings\mounts etc are as well maintained as the rest of the car (and why wouldnt they be) the car needs virtually nothing. I would not be shy asking $10k for it.

I sold a BC registered car in WA. Customs checked for an EPA sticker, needed a notarized Bill of Sale & I think that was it...oh and the buyer was a dealer and they said they'd have to change the odo.

Edit: Take that lightly, because I don't want to make it seem like that is all your car is worth, I'm sure you may have something more in mind.

Yeah, I do like the car but we just replaced our e46 touring with an 2012 e91 6speed touring, and I actually find the foot space of the cab tight to drive. I am not a tall guy, but I have a long upper body and am.......stocky shaped. It really doesn't fit me, and my wife loooooooooooves the new wagon, so I don't see it getting much use. Right now, it's my winter car with the m3 in storage.:down:! And I don't like that .

Actually, the ac is the only thing that doesn't work.lol

Thanks for the honest opinion. I was thinking around 10k with the hardtop and wind deflector....and misc power top spares.
